About the role
- Digital Product Sr Manager leading AI adoption initiatives within Amgen, a biotech company focused on innovative medicines. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance AI tool adoption for patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise adoption of AI products and platforms across Amgen
- Drive adoption and growth of a suite of resourceful enterprise tools that accelerate scientific discovery
- Engage directly with executives, scientists, and internal collaborators
- Educate, Train and Drive Adoption of Enterprise ChatGPT and Enterprise AI Platforms and Tools across Amgen
- Build and scale the AI operational support framework
- Partner with broader AI&Data teams to provide ‘last mile delivery’, technical implementation guidance and adoption
- Act as a bridge between the AI product teams and consumers of the AI platforms
- Own and define adoption metrics across AI products
Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of AI Adoption experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of AI Adoption experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of AI Adoption experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of AI Adoption experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of AI Adoption experience
- Experience in AI/ML product leadership or product adoption roles
- Prior experience leading enterprise adoption of new technologies, technical product evangelism or organizational training programs
- Experience in scaling internal tools or platforms to thousands of enterprise users.
- Has served as a trusted partner with senior leadership, with capability of challenging and influencing departmental objectives to realize the benefit of AI
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data privacy considerations in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
- Strong background of developing and driving AI strategies that align with organizational goals across business functions.
