Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify security risks, technical vulnerabilities, logic gaps and misconfigurations in complex platforms and systems
- Support internal AI teams with security, advising on secure design of AI systems
- Assess risks in AI-driven use cases such as agentic workflows and developer tooling
- Perform formal audits on technology and cyber security risks
- Report findings directly to CTOs and CISOs
- Partner closely with internal AI teams to support secure design and deployment of AI systems
- Traveling up to 30% of your time globally to engage face-to-face with teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in cyber security, with technical knowledge
- Strong and proven experience in AI security, including securing LLM-based applications, AI agents, or ML pipelines

- The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and geographies
- A mindset that embraces critical thinking, resilience, and creativity when solving complex problems
- Experience & expertise: 8+ years of relevant experience in cyber security, cyber risk management, red teaming, or technical security
- Project management: Proven experience in managing (technical) projects end-to-end
- Technical knowledge: A robust grasp of cyber security practices, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and cyber risk
- AI security expertise: Understanding of risks related to LLMs, AI agents, model supply chains
- Analytical skills: Exceptional critical thinking to evaluate potential threats and recommend actionable solutions
- Technical tools: Ability to write scripts, use automation tools
- Communication: Ability to translate technical cyber security issues into business language
- Commitment to security: Curiosity to investigate and learn security of new technologies
