Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolio management
- Guides the development, evaluation, and integration of AI solutions that improve healthcare delivery
- Oversees partnerships with external AI vendors and the incubation of internally built solutions
- Brings senior level project and portfolio management expertise to drive clarity, accountability, and execution across a diverse set of AI initiatives
- Applies structured methodologies to manage risk, timelines, and resources
- Works closely with technical, administrative, and clinical leadership to prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and deliver AI solutions
- Collaborates with clinical, business, and technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Design, Business, Healthcare, or other related field
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- Deep understanding of how to lead teams distributed across multiple departments and organizations
- Knowledge of healthcare structures, stakeholders, regulations, constraints, challenges, trends, incentives, technology and opportunities
- Experience managing external partnerships and deploying solutions across a large integrated health system
- Project management skills that demonstrate successful program transition from concept to implementation and measurement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
- Demonstrated experience employing agile methodologies to drive development and deployment
- Works well with providers and care teams in the hospital, clinic, and home setting
- Can lead meetings with senior administrative leaders and build personal relationships to advance collaboration
- Can create actionable information from clinical and financial reports.
- Can produce pro-formas, as well as reports showing pilot outcomes
- Can support design team members in conducting human-centered research
