- Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, performance driven, self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work with large amounts of data and deliver insights quickly

- Understanding of workflow and SLA metric reporting
