Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of global B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade media, and search channels
Challenge and refine client briefs to sharpen objectives, target audiences, and channel mix
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Define and oversee tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks to enable transparent performance measurement
Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on data insights and stakeholder feedback
Translate campaign results into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Serve as the main point of contact for campaign performance, ensuring alignment and visibility across client and internal teams
Requirements
a Higher Certificate, National Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree from a recognised college or university in a relevant field like marketing, communication, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B campaign strategy and execution
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data interpretation, optimization, and reporting
Deep understanding of digital media planning and buying, including social, search, and programmatic
Solid knowledge of tracking, tagging, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Campaign Manager, etc.)
Comfortable consulting clients and creative partners on messaging, asset requirements, and format selection
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional, international environments
