About the role

Responsibilities
- Creative approach to developing new and enhancing existing AI solutions
- Successfully lead and grow projects and client engagements in complex situations
- Maintain intensive communication with our clients, e.g., about ideas, results, blockers, and dependencies
- Take technical responsibility in the area of AI / Data Science, from data preparation and analysis through feature extraction to modeling, evaluation, and optimization
- Lead or contribute to software development to implement robust AI solutions and integrate them into clients' IT processes
- Work closely with other data scientists and software developers to turn AI models into usable software solutions
- Actively help shape processes and technologies in a growing, dynamic team
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field or a comparable discipline
- At least 2 years of experience as a project lead in Data Science / AI, from requirements gathering to operationalization and, if applicable, beyond
- Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, generative AI, and mathematical optimization
- Excellent skills in the Python programming language
- High degree of independent, solution-oriented working, strong team spirit, and high motivation and commitment
- Very good German and English language skills
