About the role
- Lead Data activities for North and South America at Air Liquide. Manage a team responsible for data strategies, conversions, and integrations in global ERP programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Americas data team with overall data responsibility for businesses in North and South America
- Participate in the implementation of the global ERP consolidation programs (ALign)
- Work across all business and IT teams to develop data strategies for programs, projects, and run-state activities
- Lead mapping and design sessions for data conversions
- Define and lead data cleansing and conversion activities
- Design and educate the business on data audit processes
- Participate and lead processes in support of data cleansing, data audit reporting, data de-duplication, and cutover-conversions (simulation and final go live).
- Scope includes all master data and transactional data objects, as well as all processes related to data maintenance and quality
- Support troubleshooting data issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline
- 10+ years experience in a related field: Business/Operations, Finance, IT, and/or Project Management
- 5+ years managing teams of internal associates and 3rd party resources
- Experience with managing multiple ERP system integration projects required
- SAP system integration experience highly preferred
- LATAM experience a plus
