About the role
- Senior Data Analyst driving insights and strategy across collections and recovery operations at Multitude. Analyzing data to optimize repayment performance and improve customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for collections performance, portfolio segmentation, and recovery optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports for collections and risk teams
- Analyze delinquency, roll rates, repayment patterns, and behavior trends to identify actionable insights
- Partner with operations, risk, collection process analysts, and data engineering teams to improve data accuracy and analytical capabilities
- Evaluate treatment strategies, collection campaigns, and A/B tests to measure performance and recommend improvements
- Support advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives in collaboration with the Data Science team
- Ensure consistent data quality, governance, and documentation across data processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within financial services, fintech, or debt collections
- Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Solid understanding of collections KPIs and lifecycle metrics
- Experience handling large datasets and working in cloud-based data environments
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business actions
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation
