About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in demanding transformation programs and strategic-organizational realignment with a focus on production and the supply chain
- Analyze and optimize processes, systems and organization in a manufacturing environment
- Conduct workshops and interviews with specialists and management to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop target concepts and actively implement optimization measures together with the client
- Support project planning, control and reporting to the client
- Independently lead project modules
- Contribute to the further development of the Business Transformation practice
Requirements
- Excellent academic qualification in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in management consulting, ideally with an industry focus on automotive and/or industrial goods
- Solid expertise in analyzing and optimizing processes (especially production) and organizational structures
- Confident application of Lean methods, Six Sigma or similar
- Experience with digital tools such as PowerApps and Power BI
- Analytical mindset and structured way of working
- Outstanding communication skills, team-oriented and strong client focus
- Business fluent German and English and high willingness to travel
