About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead audits of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Take responsibility for the team’s deliverables and the preparation of working papers
- Support special operational audits and advisory projects
- Identify areas for improvement and provide solution-oriented advice to clients
- Advise on accounting-related, tax and business management matters
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in external auditing
- Good knowledge of national (HGB) and international (IFRS) accounting standards
- Pursuing or planning to sit for the tax advisor (Steuerberater) or auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) exam
- Solid MS Office skills
- Good command of English
