About the role
- Senior Commercial Analyst supporting Queensland Rail's asset management and capital approvals governance. Collaborating with teams to develop business cases and investment plans.
Responsibilities
- Working in a collaborative fashion with asset managers, project delivery teams, finance personnel and other stakeholders across the business to develop business cases, project change requests, and committee and board papers.
- Advising stakeholders on capital investment governance requirements, ensuring governance requirements are being met and processes followed.
- Collaboratively mapping out investment approval pathways to support achievement of SEQ’s investment plan.
- Working with the Manager Capital Investment & Planning and the broader team to manage issues, drive outcomes and identify efficiencies.
- Supporting production of SEQ’s Strategic Asset Management Plan on an as-required basis.
