Senior Analyst driving process improvements for UEAT Phase 3 migration at Moneris. Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations to enhance onboarding and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, & Operations
Enable the successful execution of UEAT Phase 3 migration and ensuring merchant onboarding readiness
Evaluate system performance and lead the design of sustainable process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
Drive revenue, productivity, and cost efficiency
Lead process readiness and gap analysis to support UEAT Phase 3 migration
Drive operational efficiency and reduce manual effort in merchant onboarding
Translate business needs into scalable process improvements
Support documentation and training for new workflows and tools to ensure smooth adoption and operational continuity
Implement and lead reporting improvements from frontline teams to leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations teams to gather input, align departmental needs, and ensure proposed solutions are optimal
Develop a quality assurance culture across departments to ensure problem resolution is sustainable
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years experience working in a process improvement, program management or relevant role
Experience in process mapping and optimization, especially in digital onboarding and sales workflows
Familiarity with platform integrations (e.g., UEAT, OMS, ServiceNow) and API-driven environments
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to identify process gaps and measure improvements
Proven ability in change management and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
Agile delivery experience, including working with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers
Lean Six Sigma green belt certification or equivalent
Knowledge in 5S, Value stream mapping, A3 process, kaizen methodology
Bilingual English & French is a strong asset
