Responsibilities
- SCCM Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment.
- Patch Management: Develop and implement strategies for deploying security patches and software updates.
- Software Deployment and Packaging: Create, test, and deploy software applications and packages to servers via SCCM/Tanium.
- Operating System Deployment (OSD): Manage and automate the deployment of Windows server operating systems.
- Windows Server Administration: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows Server operating systems.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure server configurations meet organizational security policies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate customs and regular reports on patch compliance, software inventory, and system health.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for complex issues related to SCCM, Patching, and Server performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Research and implement new technologies or upgrades to improve system management services.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in Windows Server management/SCCM/ Tanium Tool, with hands-on experience in large enterprise environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with SCCM (MECM)/Tanium, including its architecture, components, and functionalities.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
- Expertise in Patching strategies using Tanium.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, especially PowerShell, for automation and reporting.
- Experience with SQL queries for SCCM database reporting.
- Familiarity with related technologies, such as Microsoft Intune, Azure, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware).
