Responsibilities
SCCM Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment.
Patch Management: Develop and implement strategies for deploying security patches and software updates.
Software Deployment and Packaging: Create, test, and deploy software applications and packages to servers via SCCM/Tanium.
Operating System Deployment (OSD): Manage and automate the deployment of Windows server operating systems.
Windows Server Administration: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows Server operating systems.
Security and Compliance: Ensure server configurations meet organizational security policies.
Reporting and Documentation: Generate customs and regular reports on patch compliance, software inventory, and system health.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for complex issues related to SCCM, Patching, and Server performance.
Continuous Improvement: Research and implement new technologies or upgrades to improve system management services.
Requirements
Education: Graduate
Experience: Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in Windows Server management/SCCM/ Tanium Tool, with hands-on experience in large enterprise environments.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with SCCM (MECM)/Tanium, including its architecture, components, and functionalities.
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
Expertise in Patching strategies using Tanium.
Proficiency in scripting languages, especially PowerShell, for automation and reporting.
Experience with SQL queries for SCCM database reporting.
Familiarity with related technologies, such as Microsoft Intune, Azure, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware).
