Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in the security domain and 2+ years as an engineering manager leading a software or security engineering team
- You have experience in cultivating and supporting others’ growth as an engineering manager
- You are passionate about security engineering
- You have experience leading delivery for complex technical initiatives combining data, software and security engineering
- You have excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
- You thrive when developing extraordinary people, and great teams, not just great products (but also great products!)
- You are a strategic problem solver and great at sorting out ambiguity
- You are comfortable making impactful decisions
