Responsibilities
- Elicitation, analysis and validation of requirements with internal and external stakeholders in the context of the web-based SaaS solution healthMatch
- Preparation and facilitation of customer workshops

- Creation and visualization of mockups, process flows and final designs for the development team
- Support of Product Owner activities, including sprint and release planning

- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., MDR, ISO 13485, GDPR)
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a requirements manager, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Technical understanding and background in software and app development
- Experience applying agile methods and principles — Scrum and PRINCE2
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into product requirements, in both German and English
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma
- Ideally programming skills and experience with database systems and modern cloud-native environments; e.g., Postgres, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes
- Desirable experience in UX/UI concept design and knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., Medical Device Software, MDR, GDPR)
