Responsibilities
Develops new forms, workflows, and processes to support Regional Banking colleagues and customers.
Maintains, monitors, supports, and updates existing business processes and workflows.
Designs new processes to meet stakeholder’s and regulatory requirements.
Researches problems and takes appropriate action to correct.
Tests and implements new business processes and/or system modifications.
May develop and provides user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures.
Develops and updates documentation to support policies and procedures.
Develops, generates, maintains and monitors reports, files, and/or other data.
Responds to questions and may provide specialized support to internal customers as needed.
May act as liaison between different groups to resolve issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma
At least 3 years of experience developing operational or system processes and/or financial/ sales reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps
Proficiency with SharePoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a passion for service excellence
Financial services industry experience
Knowledge and experience in commercial/business credit, products and service preferred
