Responsibilities
Perform targeted research to identify qualified candidates using internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and social media.
Support high-volume and non-technical recruitment by assisting in screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating assessments.
Conduct basic skills testing to measure candidate capability and aptitude when required.
Assist in building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Communicate expectations, employment offers, and orientation requirements clearly to candidates.
Accurately maintain recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates, dis-positioning, and reporting.
Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment timelines.
Research and recommend new sources for both active and passive candidate pipelines.
Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and ensuring smooth recruitment workflows.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
Minimum of **6 months of recruitment experience** (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
**Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.**
Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
Basic knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination.
Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using tools such as Zoom, Trello, or Applicant Tracking Systems.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferable – the team currently uses **Teamtailor**.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with candidates.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment while supporting the success of the wider People & Culture team.
