Responsibilities
Responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers
Carry out responsibilities that lead to achievement of company objectives, contributing to the company’s success
Ensure sustained growth of Driver Count
Develop strategy for onboarding and retaining drivers
Collaborate with varying levels of team members and customer resources
Collaborate with Sales partners and Market Manager to establish competitive pay rates
Build relationships within local communities to promote the company brand
Generate reports and maintain recruiting and candidate data in all systems
Conduct interviews and sell drivers on Employment Solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 years of successful recruiting experience desired
Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred
Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals
General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations
Requires superior relationship building skills, strong communications, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills,
Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
