Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and the nuances of recruiting in the engineering field.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
