About the role
- Project Manager overseeing specialized machine construction projects for international clients at Eclipse Automation. Ensuring cost, schedule, and resource controls across multiple projects in hybrid settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and control projects from order intake to final acceptance with regard to cost, schedule and resources
- Project risk assessment, including initiating mitigation measures
- Responsible for monthly project revenue recognition and project results
- Ensure contractual and specification-compliant implementation of project requirements
- Primary point of contact for customers and internally for multi-project coordination and necessary escalations
- Conduct, facilitate and document project meetings
- Management reporting and deriving and implementing defined actions
- Responsible for change and claim management during the course of the project
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Project management training (IPMA certification desirable)
- Extensive professional experience in project management and project execution in special machine construction
- Interest in automated manufacturing technologies and processes
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems and relevant planning tools
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Strategic and analytical mindset, independent working style, strong interpersonal skills, team orientation and confident demeanor
