Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand requirements and manage relationships effectively
Oversee the implementation of new client requirements through various phases, from concept to rollout
Solve business problems by efficiently managing technical elements of client programs, ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing services
Leverage tools like RAID logs and status reports to monitor and manage risks, timelines, and project delivery milestones

Requirements
Proven project management experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
A passion for solving client business challenges using technology and innovation
UK-based availability, with a mix of office and homeworking
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable operating in a technology-focused environment with the ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing roles
