- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making on strategic priorities.
- Monitor product performance indicators and timelines, proposing continuous improvement actions for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Work collaboratively with business areas, project teams, finance, innovation, and agile teams, promoting a culture of value creation, results, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), promoting alignment among teams, collaborative planning, and scaled value delivery.
- Support Product Managers and Scrum Masters on topics such as backlog prioritization, financial management, product interdependencies, value metrics, and OKRs.
- Facilitate forums, committees, and communities of practice for knowledge exchange, strategic alignment, and team development.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience in financial analysis, project evaluation, business cases, and forecasting indicators (ROI, Payback, NPV, IRR).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project).
- Analytical skills, strategic vision, clear communication, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous experience in strategic planning, PMO, controllership, consulting, or portfolio management.
- Desirable certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Proactivity, adaptability, and results orientation.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus among stakeholders.
