Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement technical solutions tailored to client requirements during onboarding projects
Perform quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of solutions before deployment
Lead and participate in client workshops to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions
Collaborate with project team members to deliver seamless and successful implementations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience required
2+ years’ experience with software configuration or equivalent technical role desired but not mandatory
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and similar productivity tools
Knowledge of computer programming, database structures desired but not mandatory
Technically minded individual with experience in technology gained through professional work, academic studies or a combination
Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Articulating complex technical concepts in an understandable way to clients and stakeholders
Spoken English: fluent, with strong oral communication skills.
