About the role
- Product Specialist designing and implementing technical solutions for clients using Equinox Law Firm+. Supporting ongoing client needs with proactive technical assistance and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement technical solutions tailored to client requirements during onboarding projects
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of solutions before deployment
- Lead and participate in client workshops to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions
- Collaborate with project team members to deliver seamless and successful implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years’ experience with software configuration or equivalent technical role desired but not mandatory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and similar productivity tools
- Knowledge of computer programming, database structures desired but not mandatory
- Technically minded individual with experience in technology gained through professional work, academic studies or a combination
- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Articulating complex technical concepts in an understandable way to clients and stakeholders
- Spoken English: fluent, with strong oral communication skills.
