Product Owner E-commerce working within Agile teams for prestigious clients in sectors like Banking and Luxury. Leading product vision and strategy to enhance digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Define the product vision and align business and user objectives.
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog with a focus on e-commerce priorities (conversion, customer journey, performance, etc.).
Write and refine user stories in collaboration with Design, Development and Business teams.
Monitor e-commerce market trends, user behavior and digital innovations to inform the product strategy.
Work closely with stakeholders (marketing, IT, content, digital factory, etc.) to define the roadmap.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure successful delivery of product increments.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management principles.
Proven experience on a CMS/e-commerce platform, ideally CoreMedia (knowledge of content management, catalog, personalization modules, etc.).
Proficiency with product management tools: Jira, Trello, Confluence or equivalents.
Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize business needs and structure the product vision in a complex environment.
Knowledge of e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, average order value, user journey, etc.).
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
