Responsibilities
Orchestrate key planning and delivery rituals across your cluster.
Partner with Product Directors and PMs to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle.
Track incoming ideas, feature requests, and feedback for PM/Cluster prioritization.
Maintain accurate and accessible repositories of product documentation.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational metrics.
Support PMs on key client calls and product updates.
Requirements
A solid track record in product operations or product management of at least 3+ years within a SaaS or tech environment.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience of product management best practices
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Heap, etc.).
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to influence across cross-functional teams, particularly under high-pressure or time-sensitive scenarios.
Good ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
