Product Marketing Manager needed for a scale-up focusing on urban security solutions. Key role in Sales Enablement and marketing transformation in a B2B context.
Responsibilities
Conduct an audit of existing materials and messaging.
Deliver an initial set of prioritized assets.
Propose a marketing roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Design and maintain a sales enablement system: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.
Create a library of messages and key talking points by customer segment, with a quarterly update process.
Align materials and messaging with Sales, Customer Success, and Executive teams.
Define customer journeys, key messages per persona, and acquisition/upsell strategies for the Waste & Safety offerings.
Build a robust messaging framework validated by internal stakeholders.
Develop a 12-month strategic marketing plan integrated with the company repositioning.
Launch a communication campaign for existing customers: newsletters, webinars, personalized sessions.
Ensure that 80% of historical customers understand the evolution of our offering.
Requirements
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in strategic marketing or B2B/B2G communications.
You have worked in an agency, consulting firm, or an organization serving public or institutional clients.
You have led repositioning projects or product launches in a complex environment.
You understand the challenges of local authorities and public institutions (or have a strong interest in this area).
You are strategic, structured, autonomous, with a strong sense of impact and cross-functional collaboration.
