Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for global product launches
Manage execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels
Accountable for the development and ongoing management of launch budgets
Lead marketing collateral development for large, complex initiatives
Drive cross-functional strategic alignment and ensure successful execution against the marketing strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years professional experience in product or brand Marketing with global experience in B2B/B2C environments
Highly organized with strong project and time management skills
Think brand-first, balanced with keen category foresight
Capable of managing multiple global and regional product launches
Analytical and creative ability to translate complex development ideas and technical input into customer-facing content
Ability to travel as needed to achieve business objectives (<10% of time)
