Responsibilities
Create videos, white papers, presentations, product demonstrations, and other web collateral to position and generate demand for NI’s products and technology
Collaborate with product management, technical & partner marketing, and sales to develop product positioning and articulate key messaging
Collaborate with technical and corporate marketing as a product expert to support NI’s go-to-market campaigns and bring new products and features to market
Manage new product releases and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful rollouts
Develop strong understanding of the target buyer persona(s) including their needs, challenges, and decision drivers
Support pre-sales activities as an NI product expert
Support product centric sales training activities across direct and indirect channels
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product messaging and positioning
Monitor product and campaign performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or equivalent
8+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, or related roles in test and measurement applications
Knowledge of data acquisition and instrumentation including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and waveform generators, and their use-cases
Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand and NI hardware is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of business-to-business sales and marketing best practices including effective use of social media, managing distribution channels, and training technical sellers strongly preferred
