- 4+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, or similar)
- Experience leading complex HR Systems transformation initiatives
- Experience building relationships at senior levels
- Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams
- Experience interpreting business and technical needs
