About the role

  • Intern, Digital Product Management at Hyatt enhancing planner digital experience through data, user insights, and journey mapping. Collaborating with teams to drive adoption of Hyatt’s direct channels.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Digital and Sales and Events Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analytics team
  • Enhance the planner digital experience by leveraging data, user research, and journey mapping
  • Build and maintain metrics dashboards and reporting to track planner experience performance
  • Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to generate insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student in a 4-year degree program (BA/BS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, computer science, business, or a related field preferred
  • Any professional certifications
  • Experience in Digital or Product Management preferred
