About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate client business processes into functional requirement documents (FRDs) and user stories for our software platforms.
- Evaluate and document business and technical requirements to identify optimal solutions.
- Support the QA team to develop test strategies, test cases, and validate results.
- Support triage of client-reported issues, helping to identify root causes and solutions.
- Collaborate with Development and Product teams to clarify requirements and ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Stay informed about changes in financial industry regulations and market trends that may impact our product offerings.
- Conduct risk assessments for project deliverables and contribute to risk mitigation planning.
- Participate in both client-facing and internal project meetings, providing updates and insights.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and proactively update project management tools.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in the financial services industry — ideally within wealth management, banking, mutual funds, or securities.
- Strong understanding of financial products, operational processes, and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to work independently under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and defining system requirements.
