About the role
- Product Designer at Ulule focused on improving user experience through research and design. Collaborating with product and tech teams to create effective user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tests and research with our users (and beyond)
- Co-design user journeys
- Design user interfaces (wireframes, prototypes, and mockups)
- Maintain and evolve Ulule’s design system
- Contribute to monitoring trends and sharing best practices within the team
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, in an agency or on a product
- Excellent command of Figma
- Strong knowledge of UX research
- Strong sensitivity to accessibility and inclusive design
- Ability to defend design decisions clearly while remaining receptive to feedback
- Good understanding of the product lifecycle and working in an agile team
- Curiosity, collaborative mindset, and solution orientation
- Empathy for users, active listening, and attention to detail
- English proficiency appreciated
