Responsibilities
- Drive the design vision for Clarity’s AI customer service products, ensuring intuitive, elegant, and human-centered experiences.
- Lead the full product design lifecycle—from research, discovery, and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and polished UI delivery.
- Conduct user research and usability studies with customer service teams, agents, and end-users to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, powerful user experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and interaction patterns that ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions and optimize product usability and adoption.
- Guide and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and user-first thinking.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in product design, with a track record of designing SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI.
- Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools) for prototyping and design system management.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and enterprise-grade product design.
- Familiarity with designing for AI products and data-rich interfaces (dashboards, workflows, analytics).
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action, curiosity for emerging technologies, and passion for creating delightful, human-centered experiences.
