Responsibilities
- Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications built with React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with product requirements and brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems using Storybook to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.
- Optimize user flows and interactions for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Work with product and architecture teams to ensure designs meet business goals, technical constraints, and compliance standards.
- Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for best UX practices.
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web applications.
- Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks, especially React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
- Proficiency in CSS3 and responsive design principles.
- Experience with Storybook for component documentation and design system management.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to improve UX.
