About the role

  • UX Designer focused on crafting intuitive interfaces for web applications with React and Tailwind CSS. Collaborating closely with developers and product teams in an innovative fintech company.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications built with React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with product requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems using Storybook to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.
  • Optimize user flows and interactions for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  • Work with product and architecture teams to ensure designs meet business goals, technical constraints, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for best UX practices.

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web applications.
  • Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks, especially React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
  • Proficiency in CSS3 and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with Storybook for component documentation and design system management.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to improve UX.
