Responsibilities
- Discovery & user research: conduct user interviews, analyze on-the-ground feedback and synthesize insights
- Design & prototyping: design user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Delivery: work closely with PMs to scope solutions and support developers through implementation
- Design system: establish the foundation, create developer-oriented documentation and drive design system adoption
- Quality & continuous improvement: perform regular UX audits and keep up to date with design best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to assess user needs
- Design and prototyping skills
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Proficiency in Figma
- Front-end technical knowledge
- Familiarity with user research methods
- Interest in SaaS B2B, data and marketing tech environments
- Knowledge of accessibility and UI/UX writing best practices
- Experience using AI in design workflows
