Responsibilities
Manage and support the resilience testing process
Document, monitor and control critical process points as defined by technical requirements, and associated policies and standards
Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process
Lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide resilience program- and plan-level reporting and documentation
Ensure alignment of technology capabilities and requirements to documented policies, standards and procedures
Streamline, automate and enhance data management practices, processes and controls
Develop and maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and process flow diagrams
Identify and implement process improvements
Track and resolve process breakdowns, issues and risk events
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
4+ years of Process Management experience (preferred)
2+ years of Resilience or Disaster Recovery planning (preferred)
2+ years of Testing experience (preferred)
1+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (preferred)
