Pricing Manager tasked with analyzing markets and developing pricing rules at GastroHero. Collaborate with teams to optimize promotions and document best practices for pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
You develop and maintain our pricing rulebook: systematic, scalable and transparent — for thousands of products in the assortment.
You evaluate promotions: what worked, what was costly, and what will be worthwhile next time.
You bring structure to our campaigns.
You work with forecasts and scenarios: how does a price change affect revenue, demand and contribution margin?
You monitor the market: competitors, PSM, marketplaces, seasonal effects — and derive concrete measures from your observations.
You document what works: in the form of a “Pricing Playbook” for scalable decisions and repeatable levers.
You collaborate closely with the Country Manager, Category Management, Marketing and BI.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics or a comparable field.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex data into economically sound decisions.
Experience building or applying pricing rules and margin logic.
Confident use of BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Excel and SQL — other tools welcome.
You understand how business works: you think proactively, question assumptions — and actively help shape outcomes.
