Responsibilities
- Own and manage pricing proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely, responsive, and interactive processes
- Lead and manage a pricing team to drive effective strategies and execution
- Create C-level presentations and summaries to communicate recommendations and risks
- Reduce complexity in models and processes to support efficient and streamlined pricing responsiveness
- Develop relationships with the FIG segment and other Fiserv areas to leverage cross-business unit opportunities
- Support corporate initiatives, process, and system improvements
- Develop extensive product knowledge within Fiserv, understanding the products, revenue drivers, customer consumption patterns, target markets, and competitors' strategies
- Evaluate key metrics and performance to provide actionable insights, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profit through data mining, analytics, and automation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pricing or financial modeling
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Experience with Excel-based financial modeling
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience
- MBA and/or CPA
- Experience in financial services or software industries
- Experience in data mining and analytics to drive revenue and profit growth
- Experience in performing ad hoc financial analyses and presenting insights
- Experience developing relationships and working across various business units for cross-product opportunities
