Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our new customers and handle communication by phone and email
You identify customers' needs and personal situation and contribute significantly to lead generation
You research potential prospects and customers
You document presentations, calls, and visits in our CRM software
You maintain contact with existing prospects and nurture those relationships
You schedule and coordinate the sales team's appointments (reference customer visits, workshops, presentations, etc.)
You support trade show preparation and execution
You handle the pre- and post-processing of trade show contacts
You represent the company at industry trade shows
You regularly analyze competitors and the market
Requirements
Commercial/business training or equivalent qualifications
Good knowledge of current IT technologies and software products, especially ERP and CRM
You have experience and are not afraid to make first contact with potential customers
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm, assertiveness, and sociability are your strengths
A customer-service mindset is your top priority
Ability to work independently while actively contributing to a team
Knowledge of the IT sector as well as the agricultural and food industries is an advantage
