Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid marketing initiatives focused on performance and scale.
Oversee the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.
Manage and allocate substantial advertising budgets to maximise campaign profitability and return on investment.
Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive and performance-driven messaging and creative excellence across all paid channels.
Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Also experience in the performance creative field and ad copy writing.
Data Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) combined with strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and report on data with meticulous attention to detail.
International Scope: Demonstrable experience managing paid media campaigns for international markets.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for both creating compelling ad copy and collaborating effectively with the team.
Professional Mindset: A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
