About the role

• SPS Programmierer für die Automatisierung von Lagerlösungen bei HÖRMANN. Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und technische Dokumentation von Automatisierungslösungen für Kundenprojekte.

Responsibilities

• Automation at HÖRMANN: You will program our stacker cranes and conveyor systems and adapt them precisely to our customers' requirements.
• Commissioning: You will take responsibility for commissioning our automation solutions — remotely or on-site at the customer's location.
• Documentation that helps: You will create technical documentation that is clear, practical and usable for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Project oversight: You will support the technical preparation and planning to ensure our solutions are implemented smoothly.

Requirements

• Appropriate qualification: You have a degree or a technician qualification in automation or electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
• Solid technical skills: You bring experience in PLC programming, testing and commissioning, ideally supplemented by knowledge of high-bay warehouse or conveyor technology.
• Structured and pragmatic: You work goal-oriented, keep an overview even with complex tasks and find practical solutions.
• Team player with personal responsibility: You contribute proactively, think analytically and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
• Confident language skills and mobility: You communicate confidently in German and English, are willing to travel and hold a valid driving licence (Class B).
