About the role
- ABAP Developer working on SAP solutions for HR processes in a global consulting firm. Ensuring quality and governance in technical implementations while providing support and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Technical involvement in projects, enhancements and/or assignments.
- Develop ABAP HCM programs and integrations in the SAP Integration Suite.
- Perform technical analysis of integrations between SAP systems and legacy systems, assessing development needs for ABAP HCM and iFlows.
- Support the construction of solutions aligned with SAP best practices and the clean core concept.
- Work on troubleshooting, technical adjustments and support for integrations and custom programs.
- Contribute to defining technical governance standards (naming, versioning, value mapping, code modularization).
Requirements
- Strong experience in ABAP (reports, enhancements, BAPIs, IDocs).
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (iFlows, adapters, monitoring).
- Familiarity with SAP BTP architecture.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects (desirable).
- Experience in AMS and technical support.
- Advanced English.
