Requirements

- Strong experience with Search platforms (Elastic, Constructor, or similar).
- Proven success modernizing digital platforms in retail or eCommerce environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep experience with modernizing complex legacy systems and launching new digital capabilities.
- Familiarity with core retail systems (eCommerce, ERP, POS, OMS, loyalty) and their integration with customer-facing experiences.
