About the role
- Recruit volunteer host families and match them with exchange students for cultural exchange programs. Lead outreach efforts and collaborate with marketing to achieve placement goals.
Responsibilities
- Recruit volunteer host families and match them with incoming exchange students — creating life-changing experiences for both students and families.
- Be the first point of contact for curious families — qualify leads and spark interest.
- Present the magic of our programs and the benefits of hosting.
- Guide families through the application and approval journey.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly placement goals.
- Stay connected via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Identify and pursue local outreach opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to plan and execute outreach initiatives.
- Represent WEP during marketing trips to key regional centers (some outside regular hours).
- Work closely with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Provide weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and placement progress.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
