Responsibilities
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the efficient management of the performance marketing budget in line with business objectives and for the strategic direction of the area.
You develop and optimize our SEA activities with a clear focus on Google Shopping, from campaign structure and feed optimization to performance analysis and scaling strategies.
You analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions for optimizing campaign performance; interpreting analyses of large datasets is a particular strength of yours.
You are responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
You enjoy working cross-functionally (e.g., with Analytics, CRM, Brand and Content, as well as Sales & E‑Com) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
You monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives and derive actions for continuous improvement.
You stay up to date with developments in performance marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
You are responsible for your own country, develop it strategically together with the markets, and work closely with all teams in performance marketing.
Requirements
You have a degree in E‑Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in performance marketing, ideally in retail, with proven success in increasing traffic, conversions, and revenue.
You have excellent knowledge in managing marketing budgets and campaign optimization.
You possess strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data.
You are passionate about teamwork and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Your strengths are a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a willingness to continuously develop and stay up to date.
