Responsibilities
- Reconciling Payroll Data: ensuring that payroll data is accurate and consistent by comparing it with finance postings, bank statements and internal records.
- Executing payroll processing for France, including analysis, and reporting.
- Supporting the administrative management of payroll files.
- Managing workflow to ensure that all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate way.
- Participating in special French Payroll projects.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result and quality-oriented approach to work.
- Good written and oral communication in English and French is a must.
