Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and administering a preventative quality control program
Conduct quality testing for Mortgage and/or Consumer products
Critique existing processes and make suggestions for best practices
Identify gaps in workflows and develop solutions
Analyze the work of team members and provide coaching
Support remediation efforts related to audits
Review and analyze borrowers’ financial documents
Operate as last line of defense for Loss Mitigation decisions
Maintain knowledge of compliance mandates and servicing policy
Requirements
Experience in mortgage servicing, consumer products, or consumer experience
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
At least one year of underwriting experience preferred
Proficiency in analyzing financial documents
