About the role
- Onboarding Technician supporting the technical implementation of Equinox systems. Focusing on system setup, data preparation, and ensuring client requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Support the Onboarding team in the technical implementation and configuration of Equinox systems
- Create, configure, and maintain trial and production environments based on project scope and client requirements
- Manage and track extension request and changes to trial environments
- Collaborate with the Senior Onboarding Technician to ensure timely completion of technical milestones
- Conduct thorough quality checks on configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and update internal documentation and configuration reference materials
- Identify and recommend improvements to onboarding tools, templates, and workflows
- Provide timely responses to technical setup inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a technical support, onboarding, or systems configuration role (SaaS environment preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex systems and configuration logic
- Familiarity with administrative-level software configuration a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- Well-organized and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work through technical or procedural challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to follow standard operation procedures (SOPs) while identifying areas for improvement
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required; fluency in a third language is a plus.
