Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the MECM (SCCM) environment, including package creation, patch deployment, compliance, and inventory.
- Manage corporate devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Provide technical support and perform configurations in AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environments.
- Manage and maintain virtualization environments with VMware, with a focus on VDI.
- Support Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Apply security, automation, and governance best practices in IT environments.
- Document processes, procedures, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure service stability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (completed).
- Technical knowledge in:
- - MECM (SCCM) – certification 70-696;
- - Microsoft Intune;
- - AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) – certifications AZ-900, AZ-104, and AZ-140;
- - Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat);
- - VMware, with a focus on VDI.
