About the role
- Analista Paralegal Pleno responsible for overseeing business registration processes with legal compliance at Everest Consultoria.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and file articles of incorporation, amendments, minutes and other corporate documents;
- Monitor registration and filing processes with agencies such as the Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, City Hall, notary/registry offices and other entities;
- Monitor deadlines and document pendencies, ensuring processes are completed within legal timeframes;
- Update and manage CNPJ registrations, state and municipal tax registrations, permits and licenses;
- Support audits and internal requests related to companies' legal and registration compliance;
- Maintain relationships with public agencies and external providers (such as registration agents and law firms) to resolve issues;
- Ensure corporate registrations comply with current legislation and internal policies.
